Responsibilities Of Host Family Coordinator
- You will work under the guidance of the Host Family Manager to recruit suitable host families, following EF’s policies.
- You’ll be involved in telemarketing and handling phone calls and inquiries from potential host families, providing them with excellent customer care.
- You may also be required to work off-site for promotional activities such as recruitment events and leafleting.
- It will be your duty to promptly respond to all inquiries from potential hosts and provide them with the necessary information.
- You’ll need to visit potential hosts to assess their suitability and complete detailed visit forms, ensuring compliance with regulations and local authorities.
- You’ll be responsible for addressing any questions or concerns hosts may have and providing them with appropriate documentation.
- Tracking recruitment statistics on a weekly basis, in collaboration with the Accommodation Manager and School Director, will be part of your role.
- Ensuring excellent customer support for both host families and international students.
- Managing and maintaining records of homestay providers.
- Sharing on-call duties for emergencies with other members of the school staff.
