Job Responsibilities
Draughtsman Job Description
- Prepare beam column and slab for drawing.
- Capture the product or component in a drawing using templates and symbols.
- Develop drawings from sketches or verbal instructions.
- Update existing drawings.
- Maintain drawings by checking for accuracy, completeness, and clarity of content.
- Produce drawings to a high standard from a given specification.
- Ensure all dimensions are correct according to the specification.
- Identify potential problems with drawings before they are sent for construction or manufacture.
- Drawings may include diagrams of machine or structural parts or details on their operation.
- Produce sketches as required by the job specification.
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Draughtsman, with examples of completed projects.
Job Requirement
- You have to provide proof of Draughtsman’s experience.
- You must have knowledge of AutoCAD and basic computer skills.
- Required good communication skills and problem-solving skills.
- You have to the making construction plan work as a team and have to coordinate with your teammates.
